Refund policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if requested within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers must contact us first to request a return authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the refund is due to our error or a confirmed shipping delay acknowledged by us.

Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on the customer’s account.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as final sale, customized, or personalized are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Orders that have been successfully delivered, as confirmed by the courier, are not eligible for refunds due to non-receipt claims.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers must contact us directly to resolve any issues before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the dispute being contested with supporting evidence, including delivery confirmation and communication records.

False or unjustified chargebacks may be considered misuse of the chargeback system.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item received, the packaging, and any visible damage.

Once we review the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please do not discard the item or packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as additional information may be required.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution. We reserve the right to deny claims where sufficient evidence is not provided or where damage appears to have occurred after delivery through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
